What is Uganda PVoC?

Uganda's National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) mandates Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) for a broad range of imported products. Goods arriving without a valid Certificate of Conformity (CoC) face delays, financial penalties or outright rejection at Ugandan customs — at the exporter's risk and cost.
