What is Saudi Arabia PVoC?

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires Pre-Shipment Verification of Conformity (PVoC) for a wide range of regulated products before they can enter the Saudi market. This is mandated by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). Failure to comply results in shipment detention, penalties and possible return of goods at the exporter's cost.
